Shipping and returns

International shipment of purchased products.

The delivery of the products will be made for a fee. After placing an order, you will receive a quotation for shipping, and after receiving the confirmation, we will prepare and ship the products as agreed.

Domestic shipment of purchased products.

The delivery of the products is made for a fee, when the volume allows, through courier companies, and for large orders, through subcontractors (transport companies).

If you have products in the order that cannot be delivered by courier, this option is not available at the end of the order. Products that cannot be delivered by courier have this specification in the description and in the product filter.

Please keep in mind, regardless of the mode of transport, that the products, due to the large volume, cannot be packed properly, as there are no large boxes / pallets. Therefore, for delivery by courier or third-party carrier, we do not accept comments or complaints regarding product damage.

Return policy

We do not accept the return of products.

Exceptions are defective or unsuitable products, in which case we will bear the delivery costs of the correct products and the return of the non-compliant ones.

Legal basis

As this e-shop is intended exclusively for legal entities, according to the romanian legislation in force, are not mandatory the specified provisions  in Chap. II and Chap. III of the application of the provisions referring to the Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding the protection of consumers when concluding and executing distance contracts.

Legal entities do not fall into the category of consumers, according to Chap. I, Article 2, (1) lit. b).

Divergences between economic operators do not fall within the competence of the National Authority for Consumer Protection
